Terms of Use

Using the game
By playing Hornswoggled! at app.hornswoggledgame.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Players under 13 should play with a parent, guardian or teacher who has read these terms.
Be kind
- No swearing, bullying, hateful, sexual or scary messages or names.
- Don't share personal information like full names, addresses, phone numbers or school names in names or announcements.
- No spamming, and no trying to break, overload or cheat the game.
There is no player chat. The game filters names and the host's announcements automatically, but no filter catches everything. The host is in charge of their game and can remove players. We may block anyone who breaks these rules.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Please don't use your real name as your username. We may remove accounts that break these terms or have rude usernames.
Coins and items
Coins are earned by playing and are only for fun inside Hornswoggled. They have no real-money value and can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money. We may change prices, items or how coins are earned.
The questions
We work hard to get every answer right, but trivia sometimes has mistakes. If you spot one, tap "Something wrong with this question?" and we'll fix it. The game is provided "as is" for entertainment.
Names of shows, games and brands
Some trivia categories are about movies, TV shows, video games, music and other well-known brands. Those names belong to their owners. Hornswoggled! is an independent trivia game and is not made by, sponsored by or connected to any of them.
Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features at any time, and the game may sometimes be unavailable for updates. We will update the date at the top when these terms change.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Hornswoggled! is not responsible for losses or damages that come from using the game, including lost coins, interrupted games or anything players say or type.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada that apply there.
